Little Red Ridinghood -- DMA179

Lillian was well known around her neighbourhood, she always wore a red hooded sweater so everyone knew who she was. everyone loved lillian, she loved to help and was an ambitious, outgoing little girl. As years went by, Lillian was soon known as Little Red Riding Hood. As a teen, Little Red Riding Hood soon became Little Red, and now she's known as Lil' Red.


One day, Lil Red found out that her grandmother, Big Red, was sick. She was very close to her grandmother so she decided to pay her a visit. Her mother packed a basket full of goods such as, fruits and veges to bring to Big red. As Lil' Red was getting ready to leave her mother tells her "Don't talk to strangers! And don't make any stops on the way!". Like all teens, Lil' Red ignores her mother and gets on her way. Lil' Red hops on her motorcycle and rides off into the woods.



Against her mothers wishes, Lil Red stops at the local 7/11 for a soda. While in line, a wolf was sniffing around and found her basket and wanted it.



When Lil' Red finally came out, the wolf, noticing who she was asked her for her basket hoping that she was still the kind little girl he always heard about. Lil' Red, with much attitude said "No. This is for Big Red so go away." The wolf slyly replied "oh really? If you're going there now, why don't you get some chips to go with your soda because its a long way away from here." Being the gulible teen she is, Lil Red did as she was suggested and went to get the chips. But this time she took the basket with her. while she was inside the wolf decided to get on his way and beat her to Big Reds house.


The wolf huffs and ;puffs and blows Big Reds door down. "Oh no!" she yelled. Big Red tried to get away but the wolf was too fast he swallowed her up in one gulp. by the time Lil' Red got to Big Red's house the wolf was dressed up in Big Reds clothing trying to diguise himself as Big Red. When Lil' Red saw the wolf as Big Red she said, "But Big Red! I know I haven't seen you in a while but, what big ears you have" and the wolf replied, "The better to hear you with, my dear," "But Big Red!  What big eyes you have," said Lil' Red and the wolf said, "The better to see you with, my dear." by this time Lil' Red was getting a little bit suspicious, "Big Red!Why are your teeth so BIG?" said Little Red Riding Hood her voice quivering slightly. "The better to eat you with, my dear!" Just then, the Wolf tried to get out of Big Reds bed to attack Lil' Red! Right before he jumped Lil Red said "This is not happening again! lets get 'em Big Red!". as Lil' Red Said the cue, Big Red sliced up the wolf from the inside and Lil' Red from the outside. Big Red threw the wolf outside gave her grandaughter a high five and said "So, Where's my basket?"

Textures -- DMA204

These are the top 2 textures I found while at school, the first is a section from my school bag and the second is the back of a tower in the Library.

 

I chose this one because it had an interesting texture in the leather which usually is un-noticed.

 

This one, I chose because as I was working on an assignment I realized the amount of dust that accumulated on this tower. Many would notice it and not see the many textures this actually has between the two layers on the vent.
